PROCESSING

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment on business days. Orders placed
on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery is 5 to 14 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are
estimates and are not guaranteed.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

Our products ship directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China.

COST

$4.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $40.

DELAYS

If we cannot dispatch your order within the time stated above, we will email you
with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once
it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of
an incorrect address, we will refund the item cost but not the shipping.
