Aureleen is a trading name of Raiology, registered in England and Wales,
company number 17430372, registered office 14 Old Elvet, Durham, United Kingdom.

2. USING THIS SITE

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally
able to enter into a contract.

3. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch.
If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. PRICING

Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where stated.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have
already accepted.

If we discover a pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm
whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We
will not dispatch at an incorrect price without your agreement.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary between screens
and from the finished item. Measurements and performance figures are approximate
and given in good faith.

6. SAFETY

This product is exercise equipment. Read the instructions before use.

Consult a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you
are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a heart, joint or back
condition.

Inspect the tubes and pedals before every use. Do not use the product if you see
any nick, tear, fraying, cracking or loss of elasticity. Resistance tubing can
fail under tension and recoil with force. Keep your face clear of the tubing and
never overstretch beyond the resistance you can control.

Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy.

We are not liable for injury caused by misuse, by use of a damaged product, or by
exercise undertaken against medical advice.

7. OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by
our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our
total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the Aureleen name,
belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country
where you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection law
that applies there.

10. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the
version that applies to that order.
